Present:  Bill Elrod, Cynthia May, Jennifer Olsen, Phyllis Johnson, Mike and Kay McMeniman, and Pastor Jay.  Mary Dunston was absent due to the blissful arrival of her grandaughter.  Pastor Mike, Joe Kendrick, Jim Blanchard, and Charlie Fleet were not expected, due to the time we now meet.

Most of our discussion was about the Values and Outcomes of the New ABF, with particular focus on Worship, Fellowship, and Ministry.

The Models and Practices were also presented, but didn't have enough time to discuss them.

We plan to meet again next week, again in the Conference Room, to continue our planning.  Plans could change, however, because Pastor Jay has a schedule conflict until about 10:25.
